In this guide, we’ll cover everything you need to know about The Pit from beginner tips to advanced strategies. This is a long guide, so grab a snack or a hot chocolate

What is The Pit?
The Pit is a free-for-all (FFA) competitive gamemode where players fight each other to gain XP, gold, and ultimately prestige.By progressing, you unlock powerful upgrades (perks) that make you stronger and more efficient.
Purpose of This Guide
This tutorial was created to:- Help new players understand the game
- Help existing players improve
- Share knowledge from 750+ hours of gameplay
Gameplay Guide
1. Starting Out
When you first join:You spawn at Level [1] with 50 gold
You gain XP and gold by getting kills
You also earn rewards from events
At Level [10], you unlock upgrades (perks) these are VERY important.
Early Game Upgrades
Golden Heads (Level 10)
- Gives Regeneration, Speed, +3 Absorption hearts
- Instant consumption
Cost: 1000g
One of the best early-game perks
Fishing Rod (Level 15)
- Helps you combo and control enemies
Keep this until at least Level 60
Safety First (Level 30)
- Grants a permanent chain helmet
Great for survivability
Streaker (Level 50)
- 27 XP per kill instead of 9
MUST-HAVE upgrade
Important Tips
Don’t buy diamond gear before Level 60 Don’t waste gold on temporary upgrades early Focus on leveling and perks first
Vampire (Level 60)
- Heals you based on damage dealt
One of the BEST upgrades in the gameExtra Notes:
- Fishing rod may increase healing about +25% (not confirmed)
- Ignore incorrect in-game description for the vampire perk.
- You can now safely buy diamond gear
- You can get iron pants by dying repeatably which makes you stronger.
Best Perk Setup
Level 60–70 (2 slots):- Streaker
- Vampire
- Streaker
- Vampire
- Fishing Rod
2. Prestiging
At Level [120], you unlock Prestige and new upgrades.
Prestige IV (Level IV-70) — Olympus
Grants potion with:- +24 XP
- Regeneration
- Resistance
Can replace Vampire With Streaker:- ~50 XP per kill
- ~100 XP during events
Prestige VI (Level VI-70) — Marathon
- +15% damage & protection
Cannot wear boots
Prestige IX (Level IX-100) — Kung Fu Knowledge (KF)
- Deals 8 HP damage
- Gives Speed II for 4 seconds every 4th hit
Strong offensive perk
Prestige XIII (Level XIII-100) — Thick
- Grants +2 hearts
Huge survivability boost Best Prestige Setup (4 slots)
- Safety First
- Streaker
- Olympus
- Fishing Rod
3. Choosing a Side
At Level 70+, you can join:
Northerners
Clans: Kryt, #WAV, EU...Players: Brckner, oSnapthat, Koxm1n...
Strong but less strategic
Southerners
Clans: ND, EZ, meow, sun...Players: Fubukij0j, aminepro123, BadDay_...
Strategic but slightly weaker This balance makes the game more competitive and fun
