Proposal Title: Add Echest To Vip Lounge On RedstonePVP.

How do you think this proposal would benefit the community?
If there will be a echest on the vip lounge. It will be easy to store stuffs. Rather than going in the spawn.

Why do you believe this proposal is useful?
Because if players will mine minerals on vip lounge. They need pickaxe because there is no echest on vip lounge so no one can take pickaxe. So If a player takes pickaxe. So players can kill the player.
