I just want to ask that, if we are in party, and if we advertise like our youtube channel, in part chat (/pc) can we still get ban for advestising ?

To be clear, advertising in ANY chat is mutable, and it always takes permanent mutes (36 mute points).
With that said, advertising in /pc is mutable.
