Can I change my rank to another account / another section?

I have mage rank on Creative and I want to give it to another account and have it on another section

Every rank purchased from the webstore is global, meaning the rank applies to all gamemodes, not just a specific one. Additionally, ranks are not transferable between accounts

I have mage rank only on creative, because I bought it back in 2019. Back then I think it was called supreme and you didnt get ranks on all sections

As Physch0 mentioned, ranks are not transferable from one account to another. Moreover, if you are facing a glitch such as you're rank is not getting displayed on every minigame/gamemode, please create a ticket on the Gamster's Discord Server.
