I think when you kill someone and they final kill you get all the diamonds, emerald, gold, iron that they had on them instead of it gooing to the generator. I understand if you don't like this suggestion

well you know thats like their grave and thats why you kinda have to go there
and anyways it already gives you the emerald diamonds gold and iron when you kill them not their items but anyways

This is only when they are a final kill witch they drop all there stuff even blocks so if you just get straight away it will make a mess
