Is there something like I got Permenent ban on an account, then I went to oher account then its said u are temperorly ban, then went on third account & said you are temperloy ban. So is it Tracking my ip & banning me? As I do not use any hacking client

No no no , that's not , they are not tracking your Ip , it's just a tempery ban , you must wait some minutes like 30min and it can be 1Hour , if you still can't join just restart your wifi , if you still banned contact with the owners on discord !
