If you want to reset your password you have to be in the gamster discord server. Once you get in, follow these steps and you will be able to reset your password:
find a channel called "create a ticket" and click on it then click on the "Open a ticket" button then select "Login issue" and finally, fill in the form

General information about the account such as: account registration date, IP from which the account was registered, information about sanctions (ban or mute).
