Proposal:
My proposal is to add tiers in bedwars like S Tier, A tier, B tier. You can arrange players with their win probabilities like if they have 100-90% win rate you can give them S+, S= 89-80%, A =79-70%, B =69- 60%, C =59- 50%, D= 49-40%, E= 39-30%, F= 29-0.If players have S+ Tier you can do a tournament for S+ tiered (and also S if that's fine) players in which they can compete, and the top 10 players can get rank" top 10". This can be updated on yearly basis like host the event at the end of every year.
How do you think this community would influence your proposal: I think bedwars grinders would really appreciate this, they will grind a lot more for the rank at the start of every year for the rank and for the tiers.
Why do you think this proposal would be useful for this community? :
1) This can be very useful for both community and for the network because this will make your server stand out from the other servers and would attract players with this new feature.
2) You guys can ask some youtubers to upload this on their youtube account. I think famous youtubers would also get inspired by this feature and maybe they make videos on your server like "trying to achieve S+ tier in Gamster Network.

Other clarifications:
1) S+ tier players can also get their personal lobby like the silent lobby.
2) Players can get S+ rank by just playing one game so you guys can set that you will get your tiers after playing like 400-500 games . If you want you guys can also do yearly tier ranking so players play and grind a lot more.
