skin problem

I wanna upload my own custom skin, but going in skinrestorer like the /skin upload command said and uploading my skin, copying the command the site gives me and pasting it into the srver it results in "this link was not approved by the administrator" and nothing else works. what do I do?
I use UltimMC launcher with local account.

Bro u want the url not the link they give Go to skuinrestorer or go search minecraft skin uploader to url in google . And then add ur skin to it and click on url generate button copy it and paste it in gamster by doing /skin url <url>

yeah the problem is that doing what you told me gives back the "this domain has not been allowed by the administrator" error

Hello,

This is not usually an account related problem. I would advice you to try multiple skins or even perhaps different websites.
If that fails, there is also the option of doing /skin <name>
