If i type "/info", it says that i don't have "Teamspeak", "Forums" and discord connected. I searched any way that i can connect anything into my account and i can't find anything. What are these "connections"?

I can't join the gamster discord server. When i try to join, it just doesn't let me. When i try to join directly from the link from the website it says that there's an error.
