    The Minecraft server mc.gamster.org rules

    Basic rule: civilized behavior.

    Below you will find the set of rules that must be respected by all members of player groups, staff, or donors.
    This set of rules can be changed or modified at any time, and those involved are obligated to read it consistently.


    Information about sanctions!

    Ban points:
    • For 0-3 ban points, you will receive a 1-day ban.
    • For 4-6 ban points, you will receive a 3-day ban.
    • For 7-9 ban points, you will receive a 7-day ban.
    • For 10-12 ban points, you will receive a 14-day ban.
    • For 13-15 ban points, you will receive a 21-day ban.
    • For 16-18 ban points, you will receive a 30-day ban.
    • For 19-21 ban points, you will receive a 40-day ban.
    • For 22-25 ban points, you will receive a 60-day ban.
    • For 26-27 ban points, you will receive a 90-day ban.
    • For 28-29 ban points, you will receive a 120-day ban.
    • For 30 ban points, you will receive a permanent ban.



    Mute points:
    • For 1 mute point, you will receive a 15-minute mute.
    • For 2 mute points, you will receive a 30-minute mute.
    • For 3-4 mute points, you will receive a 1-hour mute.
    • For 5-6 mute points, you will receive a 2-hour mute.
    • For 7-8 mute points, you will receive a 6-hour mute.
    • For 9-10 mute points, you will receive a 12-hour mute.
    • For 11-12 mute points, you will receive a 1-day mute.
    • For 13-14 mute points, you will receive a 3-day mute.
    • For 15-18 mute points, you will receive a 5-day mute.
    • For 19-20 mute points, you will receive a 10-day mute.
    • For 21-22 mute points, you will receive a 20-day mute.
    • For 23-26 mute points, you will receive a 30-day mute.
    • For 27-30 mute points, you will receive a 60-day mute.
    • For 31-34 mute points, you will receive a 90-day mute.
    • For 35 mute points, you will receive a permanent mute.



    Each violation of the rules will be penalized with mute or ban points, depending on the offense itself.
    Points accumulate with each violation, and when they reach a total of 36 mute points or 30 ban points, the sanction will be permanent.


    I. PLAYERS
    1. Insults (Players - Staff - Community)
    • You need to generate a chatlog (/chatlog name) or if you have a screenshot, the entire conversation should be visible in the screenshots, press F2 to capture the entire screen.
    • Insulting, threatening, using vulgar language, or speaking vulgarly to another player in the server's public chat is prohibited, whether through signs, clan names and tags, or through item lores, books, etc.
    • Abbreviated insults, those written in another language, or censored insults such as "fk," "bch," "sk dk," etc. are also punishable.
    • Discrimination based on nationality, gender, color, race, or any other criterion that violates human rights is not tolerated.
    • Insulting, threatening, using vulgar language, or speaking vulgarly to another player when signs or books are used will result in a 4-point ban.
    You will receive a 3-point mute for each offense.
    Please treat the game as such and do not exceed the limits of common sense. If you believe that the staff or donors have abused their power, please report them immediately on the forum: Complaints.



    2. Spam and CAPS LOCK

    The purpose of this rule is to prevent chat congestion and hindrance with repeated or unrelated messages to Minecraft gameplay.
    • You are not allowed to "spam" in the chat, which means repeating the same message multiple times or writing a message on multiple lines.
    • Discussions that are unrelated to the game or the server also fall under the category of "spam." You will receive a warning for two repeated messages of the same kind, and on the third offense, you will be given a 1-point mute.
    • Abusing the CAPS LOCK button is not allowed. The first offense is not penalized, but in case of continued abuse, you will receive a 1-point mute.



    3. Advertising

    To avoid any inconvenience, please post the screenshots on imgur or lightshot, so that you are not accused of promoting other websites.

    • We do not allow the promotion of other communities on our server.
    • If you mention, send, or write the IP/DNS/name/abbreviation of a server to another player privately (/tell, /re, /msg, /w, or through "books," signs, etc.) or in public chat to meet up on that server, you will be penalized with a 36-point mute.
    • An exception to this rule applies to well-known PREMIUM servers, such as HyPixel, MinePlex, etc.
    Advertising (promotion) of anything other than Gamster servers and events posted on the Gamster community's YouTube/Discord/Instagram/Facebook/forum will be penalized with a 36-point mute. Advertising YouTube channels, Instagram and/or Facebook accounts, and unauthorized links in public chat, as well as privately to another player (/tell, /re, /msg, /w, or through "books," signs, etc.), will result in a permanent mute.



    4. Cheating
    • You are not allowed to use programs that can influence your own gameplay or the gameplay of other players (Hack/Mod/Code/Tools, etc.). If you have multiple accounts, violating this rule may result in penalties on all your accounts. Additionally, you risk losing items, money, and even structures, both for yourself and for any accomplices or friends you play with.
    • You are not allowed to connect to the server with other accounts while you already have one account banned. If you do so, the corresponding accounts will be permanently banned.
    • Exploiting game bugs is not allowed.
    • Items obtained through the exploitation of bugs (duped items) are not allowed.
    • Playing alongside a "hacker" and failing to report them to an admin will make you an accomplice in breaking this rule!
    • Refusing the owner's request to screenshare/eco your PC will result in a permanent ban for Unfair Advantage which is 30 ban points.
    • You are not allowed to use secondary accounts to improve your statistics. You risk being sanctioned with 9 ban points.
    You will be penalized with a 30-point ban.



    5. Staff Connections

    The punishment for players who impersonate staff members or claim to have connections/relationships with staff members or attempt to use this real connection to gain advantages or make threats, is a 10-point ban.

    • The staff does not ask for your account information, including passwords, login details, etc.
    • The staff does not ask for items.
    • The staff does not ask for favors.



    6. Scam
    • For a TRADE to take place under the best conditions, you must post a buying/selling announcement on our Discord server, in the GENERAL category under TRADES. Therefore, all players who promote their announcement in that channel are obligated to complete the transaction without modifying the terms of the deal; otherwise, they will be penalized with a 30-point ban on all accounts.
    • Attempting to defraud another player who donates for another player, in exchange for a different product from our shop or the server, will be penalized with a 30-point ban. Therefore, we recommend not giving the product before receiving the donation.
    • Furthermore, you must understand that the server administration does not respond to or supervise in-game trading or item exchange between players directly on the Minecraft server without the involved parties posting the announcement in TRADES.



    7. Illegitimate In-Game Goods (Items) and Account Sales (Real Money Sales)
    • All transactions involving items or accounts that are not available on the mc.gamster.org server or shop are prohibited.
    • In the case of a successful transaction for which another person has evidence, both participants in the transaction will be penalized.
    Attempting to solicit or engage in such transactions will result in permanent account suspension.



    8. Gameplay
    • Players who comment on or judge staff decisions in the server's public chat will be penalized with a 7-point mute. Those who feel unjustly treated should file a complaint on the forum. Additionally, players who are banned for violating this rule and rejoin the server with other accounts to disrupt it will be penalized with a 36-point mute or a 30-point ban, respectively.
    • We advise against asking staff members for items or favors, as it may result in a kick or ban. Players who falsely name items such as spawners and shulker boxes on /ah will be punished with a 3-point ban. Similarly, players who list items with indecent names for sale will be penalized with a 3-point ban.
    • You are not allowed to set your home (/home) in the protection or on another player's island without their permission. Players who consistently disturb sections will be penalized by the Manager/VP/Chairman with a minimum of 7-point ban.


    Prison, Factions, Survival, SkyBlock, and OneBlock

    • Trapping will only be penalized if it is done at /is warp or /mywarp. For the first offense, you will be penalized with 7 points of ban. In case you have multiple accounts, if you violate this rule, you risk being penalized on all accounts. You also risk losing items, money, and even constructions, both for you and your accomplices or friends you play with.
    • You are not allowed to mine or farm using hacks. If you are checked by the staff, you must be at the computer to be able to answer their questions. Otherwise, you will be penalized with 30 points of ban.
    • You are not allowed to build anti-AFK systems or use anti-AFK systems. You will be penalized with jail or permanent ban depending on the number of offenses.

    MiniGames

    • You are not allowed to build skybases in minigames. You risk getting kicked every time you do this.
    • It is forbidden to deliberately camp at duels just to ruin them. You risk getting kicked every time you do this.
      You are not allowed to team up in solo sections and you are not allowed to cross-team in team-based sections. You will be penalized with 3 points of ban.
    • You are not allowed to troll your teammates and at the same time influence their gameplay (by throwing fireballs or TNTs at the bed protection or teammates). You will be penalized with 3 points of ban.
    • You are not allowed to target other players. We accept that you fight with other players without issues, but not continuously and at every respawn. You will be penalized with 3 points of ban.



    9. Ban Hunting

    • The attempt to hunt someone in order to get them banned (ban hunting) will be penalized with a permanent ban on the main account.



    10. Nicknames - Names - Factions Names - Clan Names - Clan Tags

    • Vulgar or obscene names are prohibited. The use of nicknames or Factions similar to the Staff is strictly prohibited. Any account with such a name will be penalized with 30 points of ban.



    11. Evidence

    • Images/screenshots that are cropped/edited or modified are not considered as valid evidence, and we recommend using Imgur or Lightshot so that you are not accused of promoting other websites.
    • Videos must be recorded in HD format, and we recommend using YouTube so that you are not accused of promoting other websites.



    Mentions:
    • We do not recommend opening links even if the person is known to you or is a part of the staff. If you do so, you do it at your own risk!
    • If you leave the game or arena during a fight, you will lose all the items in your inventory.
    • Multiple violations of the rules will result in a permanent suspension of the account.
    • Attempting to evade penalties by using other accounts will result in their permanent sanctioning.
    • Traps and/or tpa+kill are allowed. If you accept a teleport request from another player, YOU DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.



    Legend:
    • By skybase, we refer to platforms built above the arenas.
    • By trolling, we refer to a player who deliberately annoys other players.
    • By spam, we refer to a player who repeatedly writes irrelevant or non-contextual messages in the global chat.
    • By target, we refer to repeatedly targeting the same player.
    • By cross-teaming, we refer to players from different teams deliberately helping each other.
    • By camping, we refer to players who deliberately hide to disrupt the gameplay of other players.
    • By screenshot, we refer to the automatically captured images by the game launcher.
    II. DONORS
    1. General Rules

    • Any abuse will be punished according to the decisions of the server owners.
    • Ranks are not transferable from one section to another or from one account to another, and they will not be changed.
    • You are not allowed to interfere with the staff when a staff member is online.
    • Even if you belong to the donor category, you will be treated like any other player on the server, and you must understand that you are NOT part of the STAFF. The only difference between donors and players is that donors have access to certain kits and commands, but they do not have a superior status to players or a staff status. Furthermore, you must respect the rules mentioned above in the PLAYER section!
    • Changing names using the /gamenick command is strictly prohibited. You are allowed to color your name, but you are not allowed to change the name structure. As long as the name maintains its structure, it can be customized.


    2. Evidence

    Images/photos/screenshots that have been cropped, edited, or modified are not considered as evidence.


    3. Gameplay

    You are not allowed to use fly mode in PvP arenas. You are allowed to use kits, but without fly mode. Otherwise, you will receive a rank or command removal, and even a ban.
    III. STAFF
    1. General Rules
    • Sanctions and punishments given to the staff will not be made public and will be decided by the management on the spot and based on the severity of the actions committed.
    • You are not allowed to take donations if a player announces on chat that they want to donate. You have the duty to guide them to the donation website or to an Administrator.
    • You are not allowed to brag about your rank.
    • The staff must be a positive example for the players. You are not allowed to organize events without the approval of the Management.
    • You are not allowed to address players with derogatory terms on the server chat.



    2. Evidence
    • You are not allowed to punish players without evidence. If the sanctioned players report you on the forum, you are obligated to post the evidence for which you sanctioned them.
    • Images/photos/screenshots that have been cropped, edited, or modified are not considered as evidence.



    3. Gameplay

    • You are not allowed to abuse commands or your rank in general.
    • You are not allowed to use commands such as ban/unban/kick/mute/unmute/jail/unjail, etc. on other staff members.
    • You are not allowed to insult/insult/exploit/ignore players or other staff members.
    • You are not allowed to favor players. This means not giving them items from GM/creative/kit or teleporting them to specific coordinates; not building for them using WE or interfering in their gameplay; not revealing the coordinates of rival factions on OPFactions, etc.
    • You are not allowed to participate in PvP using or activating commands like fly, god, vanish, smite, etc., or any other command that can give you an advantage over opponents.
    • You are not allowed to build on PvP maps, such as maps for Survival Games, 1VS1, etc., or at the spawn of mini-games, below the spawn of mini-games, above the spawn of mini-games, anywhere without the approval of the Administrators.



    4. Account Confidentiality and Security

    You are not allowed to give your STAFF account to other people, regardless of whether that person is a relative or a close friend.



    Mentions
    • Conflicts between staff members are resolved together with the management on dedicated Discord channels for the staff or on staff-specific forums, not in public spaces.
    • If you are absent for more than 3 days without taking leave, you will lose your rank.
    • On Factions, the staff must join the STAFF faction.
    • When applying for staff, in the "Have you read the rules?" box, you must write [mc.gamster.org].
