Hello,

The Discord username you provided is not banned, so there is nothing to unban.

We also do not store players’ inventories, so we are unable to return any lost items. Unfortunately, disconnecting from the server can result in the loss of your entire inventory, and there is nothing we can do to recover it.

I hope this message has answered your questions.
