Proposal Submission Rules:​

1. Title Format:

• The proposal title must start with `"Section Proposal"`
• Example: "Section Proposal: GTA", "Section Proposal: SkyPvP", "Section Proposal: Global"

2. Bumping Rules:

• Do not bump (push) a proposal without a valid reason. *(Penalty: 10% warning)*

3. Replying Rules:

• Replies must be constructive and explain your opinion. *(Penalty: 10% warning)*

4. Language Rules:

• No vulgar or inappropriate language in proposals or replies. *(Penalty: 20% warning)*

5. Format Compliance:

• Proposals that do not follow this template will not be considered and will be locked/closed.
