Register problem

I have a Minecraft server account with the nickname ShockMONARX. I can play on the server with this account. Previously, my account was banned, but the ban was removed after my appeal on the forum.

Now I want to link my account to my Gmail address. However, when I enter my email, the website says that no account is linked to that email. When I enter my nickname ShockMONARX, it says that the account already exists.


I do not want to create a new account. I would like to link my existing server account [email protected] to my Gmail account.

Hello,

As far as I am aware, we don't currently use the link function to link accounts to emails.
I am not sure if this is a matter we can help with.

What we do have is the ability to turn on the Minecraft premium function with /premium on, in-game only IF you own a premium account.

I don't have a Premium Minecraft account. I only want to link my existing server account (shockMONARX) to my email so I can recover it if I ever lose access.

Is this possible, or is this feature no longer available?

As far as I know, Gamster doesn't have this feature. In case if you lose access, open a ticket on Discord with the username, and one member from the team will help you shortly with a password reset.
