2. Proposal: add blockhit cap (for example on MMC you can only blockhit 19 hits) so cheaters can no longer abuse autoblock module which blockhits perfectly giving a huge advantage in reducing damage
3. How do you think this proposal would benefit the community?

Legit people would stand a chance against cheaters who use this op thing and be more encouraged to play.

4. Why do you believe this proposal is useful?

Because nobody wants to lose a fight even tho they are winning by 25 hits bcs cheaters are blockhitting 99% hits and end up with more soups.
