Strange permanent ban

Bro i got banned permanently without being banned for days before, i am so confused after reading the rules saying that u get a permanent ban after many bans. For example, my account called smartypants

Any player when he gets 30 ban points gets a permanent ban, that's what the rules say, each ban gives a specific ban points that depends on the offense like teaming or bug abuse gives you 3 (it's just an examples to explain those aren't real numbers) so your ban will be temporary in this case, but when you get ban cause of unfair advantage which is cheating gives you 30 ban points which means you will get a permanent ban in this case
