After the new update in survival, I lost everything I can`t tpa to my base.
Is there any way to recover my items back

The Survival got a wipe, so everyone's progression got wiped out. That's why you can't use your items or get your base.
And no, there aren't chances that you will get your stuff back. I'm sorry, but you have to do it again.
