Why do staffs need 50h playtime experiences?

[HanfHaase]

Hello, dear Gamster.org team. I have been looking into the requirements of applying to be a Staff. A question came up that you might be able to answer for me.

III. Requirements:
Must have at least 50 hours play time on the server;

If you have written an application very convincingly and presumably well for the administrators, does the playing time still have great importance in the requirements, if so, why is a lot of emphasis placed on having a high playing time of 50 hours. Can you not be a useful staff of the server if you have not reached a playing time of 50 h?

Thanks for reading. I would appreciate an answer! Have a good evening!

The 50 hour threshold is necessary because it allows us to observe a potential future staff member's behavior, language, and interaction with other players. But the written is also very important!

With friendship, Gamster Team!
