when i m trying to connect on survival explorer mode i have an error that says You have been kicked from Survival Explorer - your account is not old enough- and when i m trying again is tellingme that i am already connected. HELP PLEASE

We don't usually have a time played requirement for Survival Explorer, however this may be activated at times when we're working on something. I would advise you to try again shortly and see if it works.
To answer your question regarding "you are already connected", just reconnect to our server and it should work fine.
