Chat and ClanBase-Anarchy

Hello, i would like to report that the chat as well as the commands /clan base /clan setbase doesn't work on the section Anarchy. This problem has been since 1/2 weeks but i thought it will resolved, tho unfortunatlly it was not resolved. For the good of the section i beg to you to re-add the clanbase as well as the chat. Hello,
Anarchy is a wasteland, a place where commands or staff members can't help you with materials or having advantage there. Did you think that in anarchy you could use commands? This isn't survival explorer, try to survive on your own.
