I would like to know how to use the keys obtained by voting, because when I use the `crates` command it tells me to type `/crates help` to see the other commands, but when I do that the message is repeated and I don't know how to use the kex keys.

Here are some common ways to go there:
1. /crates
2. /warp crates
3. /warp then choose the crates from the opened menu
4. Manually going there (If you don't know where is it, ask other players to guide you there)
