how to enchant pickaxe on prison

i have a bunch of blast enchantments in my inventory but i don't know how to apply them, how do I put them on my pickaxe?

Bro u can get BLASTE from NPC in spawn or set ur pic in ur hand and write /enchant u can get it from here !
