How to fix Slayer prefix in some mini games because it doesnt show

In the main lobby it shows that blue slayer prefix but in games like kitpvp it doesnt and I want it to show

1. Reconnect to the server - Sometimes simply rejoining the server can refresh your rank display.

2. Claim your rank properly - After purchasing a rank, make sure to:
- Connect to all gamemodes and minigames to claim your rank
- This ensures the rank is properly activated across all server sections

3. Check if it's a visual bug - Some minigames might have temporary display issues that resolve on their own.

4. If the issue persists, you should:

- Open a ticket on Discord in the -create-a-ticket channel
- Choose "Payments Issues" category
- Provide your account name and describe the prefix display problem
