Rejected Prefix Change

My current prefix is Pengurino and I wanted to put special characters but I couldn't. The special characters were "ペンギン " which is Penguin but in Japanese characters. My request being if you guys could change the current tag to the special characters because that's what I wanted originally but I couldn't change it. Anyways that's all!
