3. How do you think this proposal would benefit the community?: the perk only cost 12 ems and can be over power saving all your items on death soo it should get nerf or complete change
4. Why do you believe this proposal is useful?: to keep everything blanced and give new players chance to get gear on killing their target

6. Additional Notes (optional): i feel they could nerf it buy making u buy it only 1 time in 24h or making it cost more

So no changes in s3 cuz right now perk is overpowered u can jump in war or team fight and js keep jumping

Thank you for the suggestion! This is something we've discussed internally, but it's difficult to give a definite answer right now.
