Proposal Title: Section Proposal: Practice - Implement 1.8.9 Tier testing system.
Such a complex system may take additional extensions of effort, as setting up the appropriate setting may not be in everyones competence. However, I believe that such gamemodes would be exceptional in proficiency. Additionally, personally; I recommend for the administrations to create a seperate server specifically regarded for tier testing. Thank you

- in the general realm of 1.8 pvp. Tier testing has always been considered a major aspect of it. Implementing such system, in concise wording would be exceptional; it would provide the community with effective and correct ways to measure skill, and have perceptions of they're own expertise in the game.

- In slight relation to the first paragraph; the enacting of such essential systems, would give a more brief yet expanded knowledge of skill, and overall improvements. The system could overall effect multiple aspects of community-pvp --- Such namely aspects include: competitiveness, playmaking vision, and general significant impacts on the core word; 'skill'
