Hi! You can get muted, even banned, if you break the rules. You can find all the rules here: Gamster's Regulament.
Hm... Let me do something real quick:
1. Insults - Insults (Player - Staff - Community)
You must see the whole discussion in screenshots, with F2 full screen.
It is forbidden to insult, threaten, swear or speak vulgarly to another player on the server's public chat.
Abbreviated, written in another language or censored swear words such as: fmm, fgm, dzm, suck d**k etc. are also punishable.
Discrimination based on gender, colour, race or any other criteria that violates human rights is punishable.
It is forbidden to insult, threaten, swear or speak vulgarly to another player if signs or cards are used, you will be punished with 4 ban points.
You will be punished with 3 mute points for each offence.
Please treat the game as such and do not exceed the limits of common sense. If you feel that the staff or donors have abused the game, please report them immediately on the forum: Complaints
2. Spam and CAPSLOCK
The purpose of this rule is to prevent overcrowding and cluttering up the chat with repeated or unrelated Minecraft posts.
You are not allowed to "spam" the chat, which means not repeating the same message multiple times and not writing a message on multiple lines. Also, discussions that are not related to the game or the server fall into the "spam" category. After two repeated posts of the same kind you will be warned, and after the third you will be punished with 1 mute point.
You are not allowed to abuse the CAPS LOCK button. The first offense is not penalized, but in case of abuse you will be penalized with 1 mute point.
3. Advertising
In order to avoid possible inconveniences please post screenshots on imgur or lightshot, so that you are not accused of promoting other sites.
We do not accept promotion of other communities on our server.
If you name, send or write the IP / DNS / name / abbreviation of a server in another player's private (/tell, /re, /msg, /w, or via "books", sign, etc.) or public chat to meet on that server, you will be penalized with 36 mute points.
Exceptions to this rule are known PREMIUM servers such as HyPixel, MinePlex etc.
Advertising (advertising) on anything other than Gamster servers and events posted on the Youtube/Discord/Instagram/Facebook channel/Gamster community forum will be penalized with 36 mute points. It is also punishable with permanent mute the advertisement of youtube channels, instagram and/or facebook accounts etc and of impermissible links on the public chat, but also in the private of another player ( /tell, /re, /msg, /w, or through "books", sign, etc)
4. Cheating
You are NOT allowed to use programs that can influence both your game and the game of other players (Hack/Mod/Cod/Tools/etc). If you have more than one account, if you break this rule you risk being penalized on all accounts. You also risk losing items, money, even builds, both you and the accomplices or friends you play with.
Exploiting game bugs is NOT acceptable.
NO items obtained by exploiting bugs (duplicate items).
You are NOT allowed to play with a "hacker" and you are obliged to report it to an admin. Otherwise you will be complicit in breaking this rule!
You will be punished with 30 ban points.
5. Staff knowledge
The penalty for people who impersonate staff members or acquaintances/relatives of staff members or try to use this real connection for gain or in a threatening context is 10 ban points.
The staff does not ask for your account details, i.e. passwords, login details etc.
Staff does not ask you for items.
Staff does not ask you for favours.
6. Scam
Attempting to defraud another player who donates to another player in exchange for another item on our site or server will be penalized with 16 ban points. So we recommend that you do not give the product before receiving the donation.
7. Illegitimate sales of in-game goods (items) and accounts (selling for real money)
It is forbidden any kind of transactions with items that are not available on the mc.gamster.org server (in-game goods or accounts) or shop.
In the case of a successful transaction for which another person has proof, both participants in the transaction will be penalized.
Attempting to solicit or offer such transactions will be penalized with permanent account suspension.
8. Gameplay
Players who comment or judge staff decisions on the public server chat will be penalized with 7 mute points. Those who feel they are being wronged should complain on the forum. Players who will be banned for breaking this rule and re-enter the server from other accounts to cause trouble will be punished with 36 mute points and 30 ban points respectively.
We recommend that you do not ask staff members items or favors because you risk getting kicked or banned.
Players who put goods such as spawner and shulker box with fake name on /ah will be punished with 3 ban points. Also players who put items for sale with indecent names will be punished with 3 ban points.
You are not allowed to set up your house (/home) in the protection or on the island of another player without their permission.
Players who constantly disturb sections will be penalized by the Manager/VP/Chairman with at least 7 ban points.
Survival, SkyBlock and Acid Islands
The trap will only be sanctioned if done at /is warp or /mywarp respectively. On the first offence you will be penalised with 7 ban points. If you have more than one account, if you break this rule you risk being penalized on all accounts. You also risk losing items, money, even buildings, both you and the accomplices or friends you play with.
You are not allowed to mine using hacks. If you mine and are checked by the staff, you must be at your computer so you can answer their questions. You will be punished with 30 ban points.
MiniGames
You are not allowed to build your skybase on minigames. You risk getting kicked every time you do so.
You are not allowed to team up on solo based sections and you are not allowed to cross-team on team based sections. You will be punished with 3 ban points.
You are not allowed to troll your teammates and also to influence their play (by throwing fireballs or TNTs into the bed guard or teammates). You will be punished with 3 ban points.
You are not allowed to give targets to other players. We accept you to fight other players without problems, but not continuously and on every respawn. You will be punished with 3 ban points.
9. Hunt
Attempting to hunt someone so that the player in question is banned (ban hunting) will be penalized with a permanent ban of the main account.
10. Nicknames - Names - Factions
Vulgar or obscene names are forbidden.
The use of nicknames or Factions similar to Staff is strictly forbidden.
Any account with such a name will be penalized with 4 ban points.
11. Evidence
Cropped/edited or altered images/pictures/screenshots are not considered as evidence and we recommend using imgur or lightshot so that you are not accused of promoting other sites.
Videos must be filmed in HD format and we recommend that you use youtube so that you are not accused of promoting other sites.
Mentions:
We do not recommend opening links even if the person is known to you or is on staff. If you do! do so at your own risk!
If you exit the game or arena during a battle you lose all items in your inventory.
Multiple violations of the rules will result in permanent account suspension.
Traps and/or tpa+kill are allowed. If you accept the request to teleport to another player YOU WILL DO IT ON YOUR OWN ACCOUNT.
Legend:
By skybase, we mean platforms built above arenas.
By troll, we mean the player who deliberately disturbs other players.
By spam, we refer to the player who repeatedly writes messages or messages that have no relevance on the global chat.
By target, we mean targeting the same player repeatedly.
